Ok first off, You are amazingly talented..
And What Materials do you use? Pencils Erasers tortillons etc. Im trying to kick my art up a knotch from cartoons to 3D and you seem crazy good and i wanna get it from an expert :]

Well thanks that is very flattering.
About the materials:
*Graphite pencils 3H,HB,3B,6B -preferably "KOH I NOOR" and "staedtler"
*Coloder pencils(sometimes I use black for dark areas)-"derwent"
*Eraser- I use only kneaded "pelikan" erasers, I've tried many brands and they are the best.
As for tortillons- I don't use them at all.. I prefer using paintbrushes for blending, they are a lot softer and you can use one as many times as you want.

Im just trying to learn.. Its reall hard when you've only been drawing cartoons.. And convinced yourself you can't draw like that.. I dont know how to start my drawing out.. Like with cartoons eyes are always first..

Usually I start my portraits with eyes too.
